Are you insured?
We are fully insured to look after your dog through specialists in dog business insurance.
Can I stay with my dog?
Unfortunately we do not have the facilities for you to stay with your dog. Sometimes having owners with their dogs can cause issues due to protecting or jealousy.
Do you feed or treat dogs whilst they are in your care?
We feed dogs if required away from the pack, normally this is puppies on 3 meals a day or dogs that have missed their breakfast. You will need to clearly mark their food in a tub. We do not feed or treat dogs with any other food except what owners bring in, due to allergies.
How old do dogs need to be?
Puppies can come from 10-12 weeks old after all of their vaccinations. We allow any breed and age. All males over the age of 9 months must be castrated.

Do you have toys for them to play with?
We have specific play time with toys as not all dogs like to share. We do have lots of slides, platforms and a podium for them to jump, play and explore.
How do you stop dogs from escaping?
We have a locked front door at all times and 2 internal gates to eliminate dogs from escaping. We also never hand over a dog to anybody we don't know.
Where do the dogs toilet?
The dogs toilet in the unit, they think it is an indoor park with all the other scents.
How do you stop dogs from fighting?
The dogs are always supervised, therefore we monitor their behaviour. There are a number of tell tail signs before a dog will fight. All of our dogs have to undergo a temperament assessment before they join to make sure they are dog friendly. We are a muzzle free environment.
